Hi everyone-first time writing but have been enjoying the forum for some time.

Had a BLA in May of 2008 because of ectopical Cushing's disease.  Recovery was good with most symptoms decreasing or continuing to improve.

My problem is no energy, extreme fatigue (if I stop moving I go to sleep) and depression.  The depression is improving  (wellbutrin and effexor)

I'm 62 years old and in good health, been going up and down from 30-50 mg of hydrocortisol /day/per time of day etc. with no noticeable improvement although things seem a little better at the higher dose.  Cortisol and ATCH are good.  My endo say  about 32.5 mg/day should be about right and 0.5 mg florinef/day.

Any suggestions or comments would be greatly appreciated.
